Sushi Bake
A deconstructed sushi roll baked in a casserole dish.

Ingredients
- 3 cups Sushi rice (cooked and seasoned)
- 500g Imitation Crab or Cooked Salmon
- ½ cup Kewpie Mayo
- ½ cup Cream cheese (softened)
- Furikake seasoning
- Sriracha
- Nori sheets for serving
Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Press cooked rice into the bottom of a baking dish. Sprinkle with Furikake.
- Mix crab/salmon, mayo, and cream cheese.
- Spread mixture evenly over rice layer.
- Drizzle Sriracha and extra mayo on top.
- Bake 10–15 minutes until bubbly and slightly browned.
- Serve by scooping onto a small sheet of seaweed like a taco.
Chef's tip: Toast the Furikake layer briefly before adding the topping for extra depth
