Ingredients
- 1½ cups Fine Bulgur
- 450g Lean Ground Lamb or Beef (shell)
- Onion
- Allspice
- Salt
- Pepper
- Filling: Ground Lamb
- Pine Nuts
- Allspice
- Olive Oil
Method
- Process shell ingredients to a fine paste.
- Saute filling ingredients until browned.
- Form torpedo shapes: flatten shell mixture, stuff with filling, seal.
- Deep-fry at 350°F (175°C) until deep brown and cooked through.
